Graveyard for Heads of State

It is the Place for former Presidents to be buried. It's land size is 9'653m2. four graves are available. At the present, the 10th president Choe Kyu Ha is buried.

The 10th President Choe Kyu Ha

The late President. Choe Kyu Ha started his government service as planning manager of the Office of food Administration in 1946. He was selected as director of the board of trade at the Ministry of foreign affairs and set out as a diplomat, He was Vice Minister in 1959 and was promoted to the 14th foreign minister eight years later. He tried reinforce diplomatic capability of the government of the Republic of korea during his tenure od leading role of the ministry. Afterwards, he tool office as the 12th the Prime Minister in 1976 and served premiership for 3years and 9 months. He became the 10th president in 1976 and resigned his presidency in 1980. He assumed various activities such ad chief of the Advisory Council on State Affairs and leader od the National Conference to find Korean History. He passed away on October 22nd in 2006 and was finally buried with his late First Lady Hong Gi at the Graveyard four days later.
